Your role

As a Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT-related issues. You will ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment by providing technical support, troubleshooting incidents, and preparing equipment for new colleagues.

Your responsibilities

- Provide support to internal users (on-site and remote).
- Register and follow up on incidents through the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new employees.
- Manage user accounts and access rights.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams when necessary.




- Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Management, or equivalent.
- Junior profile with a first professional experience, student job, or internship in IT Support.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented and eager to help others.
- Fluent in Dutch and French. English is a plus.
