Our client is a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly cardboard packaging, specialized in solid cardboard packaging for the food industry. They are looking for a skilled Die-Cutting Machine Operator to join their production team.

? Your Role

As a Die-Cutting Machine Operator, you will take full responsibility for the machine during your shift. You will ensure smooth production, high efficiency, and excellent product quality while minimizing waste.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the machine according to production specifications
- Make adjustments during the production process
- Perform quality checks and regular inspections
- Ensure maximum output with minimal waste
- Keep the workplace clean and organized




- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot machine issues with technical support and supervisors
- Contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives

? What We’re Looking For

- Good technical insight
- Experience as a machine operator (Bobst / Iberica experience is a strong plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Focus on safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Basic math and computer skills
- Comfortable working standing for 8+ hours
- Motivated team player with a positive mindset
