We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Risk & Credits environment supporting the full credit lifecycle, from credit request and contracting to credit management, risk monitoring and final repayment. The role is focused on managing and optimizing core credit-related data, supporting lending products and services, and contributing to business transformation, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring successful delivery within an Agile organization.

Your missions:

- Support credit-related products, services and applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Analyse, understand and challenge business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Contribute to impact analyses, feasibility studies and solution design.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Developers, Architects, Data Managers, Legal, Compliance and Risk stakeholders.
- Support the refinement and delivery process within an Agile environment.
- Identify impacts, dependencies, risks and implementation constraints.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on objectives, priorities, timelines and deliverables.
- Support testing activities and business validation processes.
- Contribute to incident analysis and resolution from a functional perspective.
- Participate in the continuous optimization of credit and risk management processes.

Your activities:

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Perform impact, scenario and functional analyses.




- Define and validate requirements together with stakeholders.
- Challenge business requests through cost, value and impact assessments.
- Define and document acceptance criteria.
- Support feature refinement and feature slicing activities.
- Assess dependencies, risks and impacts across applications and processes.
- Work with Functional Analysts, Developers and Architects to clarify functional needs.
- Analyse application behaviours and functional integration requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinements, sprint planning and delivery activities.
- Contribute to Quality Assurance Processes (QAP).
- Support the preparation and execution of functional testing.
- Define and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in Business Acceptance Testing and Release Validation.
- Clarify business requirements during testing and incident resolution.
- Help investigate and resolve production incidents and functional issues.
