As part of our IS & Digital practice, we are looking for a Change Manager to support a major Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) transformation program for one of our global clients. About the Role Based in Barcelona, you will lead the
change management stream
for the rollout of a
Coupa P2P solution
across
Colombia, Mexico and Argentina . You will work closely with global program teams and local business stakeholders (procurement, finance, supplier management) to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools. This role is suited to a hands‑on Change Manager with strong P2P experience in international organisations, able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and drive tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities 1. Change Management Leadership Define, update and maintain the overall
change management strategy
for the Coupa P2P rollout. Build and execute a detailed
change plan
aligned with project milestones and country‑specific needs. Identify early signs of
resistance to change
and implement mitigation actions and support plans. 2. Communication & Stakeholder Management Design and implement a
communication plan
for global and local stakeholders. Create and coordinate
communications
(emails, newsletters, FAQs, presentations) and ensure distribution through local teams. Manage relationships with
senior management , global program stakeholders and
local business teams
(procurement, invoicing, supplier management).
Coordinate with French stakeholders for upcoming waves, including
works council requirements
and
translations . 3. Training & Adoption Develop and adapt
training plans
for each location (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina). Coordinate
training data and logistics
(participants, sessions, materials). Adapt training content and materials to different audiences and local contexts, ensuring clarity and engagement. 4. Project Management & Reporting Coordinate change activities across
three countries , ensuring alignment with the integral project plan. Maintain
weekly action trackers , status reports and risk/issue logs for the change stream. Prepare and deliver
documentation and reporting
for project governance (steering committees, PMO, sponsors). 5. Business Readiness & Go‑Live Support Conduct
business readiness assessments
and define actions to close identified gaps. Manage
resistance and issue tracking
related to change and adoption. Provide
Go‑Live and Hypercare change support , ensuring a smooth transition and stabilisation of the new P2P solution.
Required Experience & Skills Functional & Change Experience Proven experience leading
change management
for
P2P implementations
in global organisations. Strong understanding of
Procure‑to‑Pay processes
(procurement, invoicing, supplier management). Hands‑on experience
identifying resistance to change
early and implementing effective solutions. Demonstrated experience
working in project teams
and
implementing change programs
of work.
Technical & Project Management Skills Strong
project management and coordination
skills:Planning and tracking deliverables and milestones. Managing
weekly action trackers
and follow‑ups. Coordinating activities across
multiple countries . Excellent
documentation and reporting
skills (presentations, reports, dashboards).
Interpersonal & Communication Skills Excellent
stakeholder management
skills, including:Senior management. Local business teams (procurement, finance, operations). Strong
verbal and written communication
in English and Spanish. Ability to
adapt training materials and messages
to different audiences. Collaborative,
solution‑oriented
mindset, able to foster alignment between global and local teams.
