Senior Manager Product & Pricing (E5)at Kia Iberia located in Alcobendas (Madrid), Spain.

Job mission:

As Senior Manager Product, you will be responsible for leading Kia Iberia's Product Management strategy, ensuring the competitiveness, profitability and long-term success of the vehicle portfolio throughout its lifecycle.

In this role, you will define and execute product strategies aligned with Kia's European and local business objectives, leading the development of product specifications, pricing recommendations, positioning and lifecycle management. You will work closely with Kia Europe (KEU), Headquarters and cross-functional departments to ensure successful product launches and sustained market performance.

At the same time, you will lead and develop the Product Management team, fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening capabilities and ensuring effective execution of strategic priorities.

Your responsibilities:

Define and lead the Product & Pricing strategy in alignment with Kia Iberia's business objectives and Kia Europe's product direction.

Lead the development and execution of portfolio strategies to maximize sales performance, profitability and market share.

Shape product positioning, specifications and pricing strategies for the Spanish market, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer needs.

Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis and industry trends.

Influence future product development by representing local market requirements towards Kia Europe and Headquarters.





Drive the successful launch and lifecycle management of Kia's vehicle portfolio.

Lead business cases and strategic initiatives supporting electrification, future mobility solutions and emerging market opportunities.

Lead cross-functional decision-making processes regarding product strategy, pricing, launches and lifecycle actions.

Build strong relationships with Kia Europe and Headquarters to ensure local market needs are reflected in product planning and commercial strategies.

Lead, inspire and develop the Product & Pricing team, creating a high-performance culture aligned with Kia's values and business priorities

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning or related automotive functions.

Proven experience leading product strategies and managing complex vehicle portfolios.

Previous people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, develop and engage teams.

Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, electrification, connectivity and future mobility solutions.

Experience working in international and multicultural environments, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
