Job Title: Senior Specialist, Marketing Campaign Operations

Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Marketing Campaign Operations will play a key role in driving operational excellence across Pure Storage's demand generation engine. This role owns the end-to-end execution of email campaigns and audience programs, leveraging a modern MarTech stack that includes Marketo, SFDC, Knak, Hightouch, Workato, and Asana.

This role reports to the Senior Marketing Campaign Operations Manager and supports AMS marketing campaign execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

Build and execute batch emails, multi-touch email nurture programs, smart campaigns, and promotional campaigns in Marketo

Build and manage audience segments, targeted list logic, and smart list builds using Marketo and Hightouch

Develop campaign infrastructure in Marketo including landing pages, program templates, workflows, and program hierarchies

Create and QA email assets in Knak, ensuring brand, technical, and deliverability standards are met

Implement A/B tests across subject lines, content, and audience segments to maximize engagement and conversion





Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations to improve open rates, CTR, and pipeline impact

Manage project intake, timelines, and delivery tracking in Asana

Document processes, establish governance standards, and drive consistency across marketing requestors

Troubleshoot campaign execution issues, automation failures, and data integrity problems across the MarTech stack

Desired Skills:

5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, with B2B tech industry experience required

Hands-on Marketo expertise required; Marketo certification strongly preferred

Experience with SFDC or a comparable CRM platform

Experience with Hightouch or similar CDP/audience activation tools preferred

Familiarity with email creation tools such as Knak

Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms

Working knowledge of HTML for email template QA and minor edits

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
