Facilities Coordinator - English required - ALTEN Belgium

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Facilities Soft Services Coordinator to join our teams and work on client projects located in Hasselt Region, Belgium.

As a Facilities Soft Services Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of soft services (e.g., cleaning, security, catering, or other facility-related services).
- Organizing and leading follow-up meetings to track progress, address issues, and align stakeholders on project objectives.
- Managing service provider relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.
- Monitoring and reporting on facility performance metrics, including budget adherence and service efficiency.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges.

Your Profile

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-4 years in a similar role, preferably in facilities management, coordination, or soft services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and facility management tools (e.g., CMMS, ERP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and negotiations.
- Language(s): Fluent in English (written and spoken).



Dutch or French is a plus.
