We are looking for an Expert Business Analyst to join an Investments & Financial Insurances environment responsible for investment products and services. The role focuses on the development and enhancement of investment services, regulatory compliance initiatives, and end-to-end solutions for Retail Banking and Private Banking clients. The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders and compliance functions to define requirements, assess impacts, support delivery and lead change initiatives.

Your missions:

- Support the development and enhancement of investment products and services.
- Contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives, including SRD II compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Custody Squad (Event & Position Management).
- Analyse business, functional, regulatory, legal and process requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional solutions and features.
- Assess business impacts and define implementation approaches.
- Support Agile delivery and product evolution.
- Lead change management activities from design to go-live.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting across the Tribe.
- Engage and challenge a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Your activities:

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Determine functional and business requirements for SRD II compliance initiatives.
- Perform impact analyses covering business, legal, regulatory and operational aspects.
- Define and document detailed functional requirements.
- Refine solutions together with the Product Owner.
- Estimate costs,



effort and business value of proposed solutions.
- Ensure development teams receive complete and accurate functional information.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
- Monitor and report project status to different stakeholder levels.
- Lead launch, go-to-market and release activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Gather, understand and challenge stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance and other business stakeholders.
- Support implementation and adoption of new services and regulatory changes.

Experience & Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Sciences or equivalent experience
- Agile certification is considered an asset and recommended.
