You will be joining a general leader in engineering services, working at the forefront of one of the most impactful and complex transformation programs in the life sciences industry. At Capgemini Engineering, we partner with the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotech organisations to design, deliver, and govern large-scale Manufacturing Execution System programs that directly influence how medicines are produced and brought to patients. Your role

We are looking for a PAS-X SPOC & Project Manager to lead on-site delivery for a major MES transformation program in the life sciences sector. This is a uniquely hybrid role that combines strong project and engagement management with genuine, hands-on PAS-X technical expertise. You will act as the single point of contact between stakeholders and the delivery team, providing both technical direction and delivery leadership across on-site and offshore teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

In this role you will play a key role in:

- Acting as the single point of contact for the PAS-X delivery stream on site, leading and coordinating all modelling activities across on-site and offshore teams, and driving planning, prioritisation, delivery tracking, and execution alignment to ensure timely, high-quality outputs in line with approved scope, standards, and project milestones.
- Providing hands-on technical leadership for PAS-X gMBR, MBR, and ESP modelling activities, reviewing and challenging modelling decisions to ensure quality, consistency, reusability, and alignment with approved design decisions, PAS-X best practices, program standards, and the wider MES architecture and integration landscape.
- Performing or overseeing peer reviews, quality checks, and readiness reviews ahead of key demonstrations, dry runs, and testing phases, and proactively identifying, resolving, and mitigating technical blockers, design gaps, and delivery risks before they impact the program.
- Coordinating the work of senior and offshore modellers to ensure clear task ownership, effective workload balancing, and strong delivery focus, while assessing team capability needs and supporting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and clear documentation of design decisions, assumptions, and open items.
- Working closely with manufacturing, quality, automation, ERP, validation,



and MES stakeholders to ensure full alignment between business requirements and technical execution, leading scope clarification, issue resolution, and decision follow-up across the delivery stream.
- Managing project risks, dependencies, action tracking, and escalation handling with rigour and transparency, supporting backlog refinement, sprint or task planning, and readiness activities for key review and testing milestones throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Coordinating with delivery leadership to maintain clear visibility on progress, quality, and resource needs, and serving as the senior bridge between client-facing coordination and internal delivery control — connecting business process knowledge, technical PAS-X execution, and structured project governance in a single, accountable role.

Your profile

- PAS-X technical credibility: You bring a minimum of 5 years of strong, hands-on experience with Körber PAS-X in recipe authoring, modelling, and MES solution delivery, with a proven track record of leading PAS-X modelling or delivery teams in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. You have deep knowledge of gMBRs, MBRs, ESPs, electronic batch record design, material and equipment modelling, PAS-X workflows, and reusable design concepts.
- Project and delivery leadership: You have substantial project management experience in MES, manufacturing systems, or digital manufacturing programs, and are proven in leading distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models. You are comfortable owning the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and prioritisation through to quality oversight, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- GMP and regulated environment knowledge: You have a solid understanding of GMP, data integrity, and validation constraints in life sciences manufacturing, and experience overseeing delivery of complex gMBRs with a high number of basic functions, multiple process variations, or challenging manufacturing scenarios. Experience in sterile, parenteral, packaging, biotech, or similarly regulated environments is a strong advantage.
- Stakeholder management and communication:



You are a confident, structured communicator who can engage effectively at all levels — from manufacturing floor SMEs to senior client stakeholders — and manage complex cross-functional coordination, escalations, and decision-making with clarity and professionalism. You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Dutch is preferred.
- Technical governance and quality oversight: You are able to challenge and guide modelling decisions with authority, ensure consistency and reusability across the team's output, and maintain high standards of technical quality throughout the delivery. You take a proactive approach to identifying risks and gaps before they become issues.
- Cross-functional coordination and integration awareness: You have familiarity with ERP, LIMS, automation, and interface-related MES dependencies, and understand how PAS-X sits within the broader digital manufacturing landscape. Experience in large-scale MES deployment or rollout programs is highly desirable.
- Leadership style and mindset: You are a hands-on leader who leads by example, earns credibility through technical depth as well as delivery strength, and brings the structure, accountability, and energy needed to keep a complex, multi-team program moving. You connect people, priorities, and problems — and you know how to unblock a team and keep momentum going.
