We are looking for a Madrid-based Motion Designer, who can combine their experience in animation with the ability to develop visual assets using AI.

At ENP Media, we create sophisticated documentary-style content for brands, major broadcasters, and large, integral NGOs. We operate as a tight, in-house, highly skilled team distributed across the world, and we are looking for a Motion Designer and AI Animator with great technical skills and who is an even better team player to join us full-time.

We approach every single project with a journalist's curiosity, a documentarian's integrity, and a script-doctor's passion for great writing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our creative team to design and produce high-quality graphics and animations for digital media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of all design assets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your designs.

Typical Requirements:
- University degree in Motion Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field in Visual Arts.
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with AI-powered video and image generation platforms, like ComfyUI, and with using an AI canvas and prompt generation.




- Ability to generate and maintain consistent virtual characters (avatars) for videos and animations with artificial intelligence.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Great attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content.
- Good command of English.
