Offer Description
Design and maintain the WP7 operational calendar for in-person, hybrid and online activities.
Organize courses, bootcamps, workshops, webinars, hackathons and demo days, managing venues, platforms, registrations, speakers, materials, attendance and participant support.
Coordinate with consortium partners and external entities the dissemination of calls and the participation of experts, companies, public administrations and scientific communities.
Manage participant communication, including reminders, incidents, surveys, certificates and follow-up.
Support the One Health Community of Practice, prepare activity reports and KPIs on participation, gender, mobility, inclusion, satisfaction, outreach and talent, and coordinate Academy visibility with WP1.
