We're working with an innovative AI software company that's redefining legal due diligence through the use of advanced Artificial Intelligence. Their platform enables organisations to review, interpret, and assess large volumes of legal documentation with greater speed, consistency, and efficiency than traditional approaches.

As the business continues to expand, they're looking to hire a Senior AI Engineer with a minimum of 3 years' commercial experience building and deploying AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions in production environments.

The Role

This position offers the chance to work on complex AI challenges in a production environment. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and improving intelligent systems that can process, analyse, and reason over large-scale unstructured datasets.

Working within a collaborative engineering team, you'll have significant ownership over projects, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Build and enhance RAG architectures and agent-based AI solutions
- Create evaluation and monitoring frameworks to assess model performance
- Optimise retrieval strategies, prompt workflows, and context management
- Design and maintain scalable APIs and backend services




- Collaborate with product and domain experts to deliver practical AI solutions
- Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability across production systems
