We are looking for an experienced Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing - IPT Expert to join our Unified Communications team supporting a large-scale international environment. As Senior Unified Communications Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Cisco telephony and video conferencing solutions,



ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality communication services.

⚙️Your role:

- Lead and implement Cisco Telephony and Video Conferencing projects.
- Provide expert-level support for complex incidents and technical issues.
- Support operational teams (L1 and L2) when required.
- Manage major incidents, including qualification, action planning, resolution, root cause analysis, and knowledge documentation.
- Perform problem management activities and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address specific customer requirements.
