We are looking for an Accounting, Administrative & Artist Logistics Assistant to join our team and support the daily financial, administrative and booking operations of an artist booking agency working with DJs and music artists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccounting & Administration

● Manage customer and supplier invoicing.
● Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
● Process supplier invoices and company expenses.
● Assist with salary payments, VAT reporting and accounting processes.
● Assist with bank reconciliation and payment tracking.
● Manage contracts and administrative documentation.
● Coordinate with the external gestoría.
● Maintain accurate financial records.

Booking & Artist Logistics

● Assist with offers, holds, confirmations and booking follow-ups.
● Assist with contracts, invoices and booking administration.
● Prepare artist itineraries and travel plans.
● Coordinate accommodation, transfers, hospitality, soundchecks and show details.




● Liaise with promoters and venues before upcoming shows.
● Follow up on artist and show logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
● Handle last-minute changes and logistical issues efficiently.

PROFILE

● Previous professional experience in accounting and administration is essential.
● Organised, reliable and detail-oriented.
● Good knowledge of invoicing and Spanish accounting procedures.
● Good knowledgewith Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
● Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
● Adaptable and available to occasionally work remotely during weekends when required by artist or show logistics.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Irún, Spain
Contract: Full-time
Flexibility: Occasional weekend remote work may be required depending on artist schedules and show logistics.

Sueldo: 16.466,35€-32.255,41€ al año
