Key Responsibilities

1. Localization development and validation of chassis components

- Provide technical support for the localization of chassis parts (suspension, steering, braking systems, etc.) in the Spanish market, including supplier technical assessment and engineering data alignment.
- Coordinate and execute local validation activities (DV/PV) for chassis components, ensuring compliance with both corporate technical standards and European regulatory requirements (e.g., ECE regulations, CE marking).
- Participate in vehicle-level subjective and objective testing at local proving grounds (e.g., IDIADA, Applus) or on public roads, focusing on handling, ride comfort and NVH performance. Document test results and feed back to the integral engineering team.

2. Chassis quality issue tracking and resolution

- Monitor and track chassis-related quality issues arising from local production or customer feedback.
- Support root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation in collaboration with global R&D;, local plant quality teams and suppliers.
- Follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions and maintain a local quality issue log. Contribute to FMEA updates and lessons-learned documentation.

Qualifications

1. Education

- Bachelor‘s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics or related fields.

2. Work Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in chassis component development, validation or project management within the automotive industry.
- Familiar with product development processes (e.g., APQP, PPAP) and quality tools commonly used in the industry.

3. Technical Skills

- Good understanding of chassis system architecture and component functions. Capable of reading engineering drawings, GD&T; and test specifications.
- Hands-on experience in subjective chassis performance evaluation is a plus. Proficiency in CATIA, ADAMS or similar simulation tools is an advantage.

4. Language Skills

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) as working language for cross-regional communication.

5. Soft Skills

- Well-organized, detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication abilities.
- A proactive team player who can manage own tasks effectively and deliver results on schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 55,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
