About the Role

Do you love Menorca and enjoy sharing its stunning coastline, charming villages, history, and Mediterranean lifestyle with visitors?

Guydeez is looking for French-speaking locals who already live in Menorca to provide private, personalized experiences for small groups of international travelers.

This opportunity is specifically for people who currently live in Menorca, know the island well, and have access to their own car. The ability to travel between different parts of the island is an important part of the role.

We are looking for friendly, reliable people with excellent local knowledge who enjoy meeting visitors and creating authentic, memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

- Welcome and accompany French-speaking visitors during personalized experiences across Menorca
- Share engaging stories about the island's history, culture, traditions, and local life
- Personalize each experience according to guests' interests and preferences
- Recommend local attractions, beaches, restaurants, villages, and cultural sites
- Travel between different locations across Menorca when required
- Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for every visitor
- Experiences typically last 3–8 hours
- (Optional) Host food-focused experiences featuring Menorcan gastronomy

Who We're Looking For

- Currently living in Menorca — candidates must already be based on the island




- Fluent French speaker — French is required for this position
- Strong knowledge of Menorca's history, culture, attractions, and local life
- Own car required — candidates must have regular access to a vehicle
- Valid driving licence and appropriate vehicle documentation
- Comfortable travelling between different locations across Menorca
- Friendly, confident, reliable, and comfortable interacting with visitors
- Comfortable hosting experiences lasting 3–8 hours
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or similar roles is a plus but not required
- Passion for local culture, storytelling, and gastronomy is an advantage

Important Requirements
