We are looking for an experienced expert based in Spain with excellent knowledge of the local feed industry. Leverage your experience in swine nutrition, your network of contacts, and your expertise by joining HiProMine – the only company of its kind in Europe, setting general trends for the future of animal nutrition.

Your main responsibilities:

- Actively acquire and develop relationships with key B2B partners (large swine farms, feed mills, integrators, local distributors) in Spain.
- Build a sales strategy and brand positioning based on excellent knowledge of local business realities, trends, and competitive activities.
- Provide technical and commercial consulting in the field of swine nutrition, working closely with the company's headquarters and R&D; department to adapt products to the needs of the local market.
- Provide customer support in feed formulation and raw material selection.
- Conduct active fieldwork and customer visits within the designated country (willingness to travel approximately 40-50% of the time).

What do we expect?

- Residency in Spain (required).




- At least 5 years of documented experience in B2B sales in the feed industry, with a specific specialization in swine nutrition, including formulation using programs such as Allix and Bestmix or other.
- A strong network of contacts and established business relationships in the local agricultural market.
- Fluent/native German OR Spanish.
- Very good command of English (at least B2/C1) – a prerequisite for ongoing communication with the company's headquarters.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of swine production cycles and the premix/specialized feed additives market.
- A university degree in a relevant field (Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, or a related discipline).
