We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist Manager to join our team.

We are creating a project for young audience, which includes a web series, and we want to build a strong international community around it.

Social media will be a key part of the project, that’s why we are looking for someone who really knows TikTok, Instagram , You Tube, and has a very good understanding of:

* How the algorithms work.

* What influences reach, viewer retention and engagement.

* What types of short-form content work best on each platform and how the same content should be properly prepared for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

* How to find and create strong content ideas, trends, formats and hooks that can achieve viral reach.

* How to prepare and edit video content — including the first seconds of a video, pacing, length, subtitles, on-screen text, sound, music and calls to action — to maximise watch time and views.

* When to post content and how often it should be published.

* How to build an international audience and reach people in Europe, the US and Asia.

* How to use English, Spanish, subtitles, captions, hashtags, etc.

* How to create a continuous content strategy.





* How to analyse data and the results of individual pieces of content and understand why one video worked really well while another did not, and then use these when creating the next content.

* How to continuously improve and optimise the strategy.

The most important thing for us is that the candidate understands that there is a huge difference between simply managing social media and actually building and scaling its reach.

We are looking for someone who is really deeply involved in the world of social media, has strong experience.

We would like to see specific examples of accounts or projects you have worked on and the results achieved.

We believe that our project is really something special and has huge potential.

We want to build a team that works together to create something truly big, unique and recognisable around the world.

It is a part-time job. Around 3 h a day/ 4-5 days a week sometimes onsite sometimes online
