Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Technical Account Manager, where you will act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers across Europe & META. In this customer-facing role, you will help drive service excellence, optimize customer environments, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with Lenovo's infrastructure solutions and services. Working closely with customers, account teams, and technical support organizations,



you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will report directly to the Director, Europe & META Service Delivery.

What You Will Do:

- Become the trusted technical advisor for assigned customers by gaining a deep understanding of their infrastructure, environment, and business needs.

- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, Lenovo account teams, and technical support organizations, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.
- Perform proactive hardware and firmware health assessments, identify potential risks, and help prevent issues before they impact operations.
- Analyze customer environments and provide data-driven recommendations to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall service delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate complex technical cases with advanced Lenovo support teams, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout the process.
- Deliver Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, explaining technical findings and corrective actions in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Guide customers on industry best practices, helping them optimize system performance, maintain compliance, and maximize the value of Lenovo solutions.
- Lead regular service delivery reviews, track key performance metrics, collaborate with Lenovo quality teams, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

What You Will Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.





- Strong technical expertise in Lenovo server and storage hardware, including troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Nutanix environments and hyperconverged infrastructure solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies, AI architectures, and modern IT infrastructure trends.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer environments and stakeholder interactions across multiple countries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, partner, and vendor management skills, with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
