We're looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international B2B growth company. You'll build your own pipeline, engage senior decision-makers and manage the full journey from first conversation to signed deal.
What are you selling?
You'll work with technology companies, IT consultancies and other B2B solution providers looking to reach the right senior decision-makers. The company creates targeted business opportunities through curated 1-to-1 meetings, networking experiences and thought-leadership opportunities, helping clients grow their pipelines and build valuable commercial relationships.
With a typical 2–8 week sales cycle, an average first deal of around €25K, and structured onboarding designed to help you close your first deal early, this is a role where your performance has a clear and measurable impact.
What you'll own




- Build and manage your own pipeline across the Swiss market
- Prospect through calls, LinkedIn and email
- Engage senior decision-makers and uncover commercial needs
- Run consultative sales conversations and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Develop existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
- Work closely with Customer Success and other internal teams

Who we're looking for
- Proven success within outbound B2B sales
- Excellent German and fluent English
- Experience working with or selling into the Swiss market
- Confidence in outbound prospecting and new-business development
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A consultative approach to sales
- Proactive, ambitious and comfortable in a target-driven environment
