WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challengeAs a key driver of innovation for one of our most valued and long-standing partnerships - the Kinder project - your mission is to bridge the gap between strategic ambition and digital reality. You will be responsible for identifying new digital opportunities and translating them into viable, high-impact features that bring the magic of physical toys to life in the digital space, ensuring our cooperation continues to grow and evolve.What it means on a daily basis
- Analyse the client ecosystem, brand strategy, and market trends to identify new digital opportunities, ranging from AI-powered tools to phygital integrations.
- Structure innovation concepts into clear value propositions and detailed proposals, including scope definition, milestones, high-level budget estimations, and expected KPIs.
- Support the pre-production phase by defining hypotheses, creating MVP scopes, and establishing validation frameworks.
- Coordinate the development of prototypes in close collaboration with the UX, Tech, and Production teams.




- Define success metrics in partnership with Data teams and provide data-driven "go/no-go" recommendations based on feasibility and ROI.
- Act as the central point of contact for all innovation topics, facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to align strategic goals with production constraints.
- Support client discussions regarding future evolutions, presenting innovation concepts with a balance of ambition and realistic delivery frameworks to strengthen client trust.
