We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive graduate to join our Commercial Learning & Development team. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, digital learning design and management. You’ll support the delivery of digital learning activities, onboard-style programs, coaching-based learning, learner follow-up, training operations and reporting.

stakeholder coordination, digital platforms, learning designand commercial capability building in a medicaldevice,corporateandinternational environment.
Whatyou’ll do:
Set up and manage digital learning activitiesinour learning platforms — including course creation, content uploads, learner enrolment, cohortmanagementand completion tracking.
Support the design andbuildof commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences that help sales teamspracticeand reinforce key skills.
Coordinate training communications across the full campaign lifecycle, fromlaunchemails and team announcements through to reminders and follow-ups.
Organiselive and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations,agendasand logistical coordination.
Monitor learner progress,identifygaps or non-starters, and prepare reporting and summaries on participation,completionand feedback.
