Objective To serve as the technical owner and operational driver of AB Living Group and SHA’s Marketing Technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and E-commerce platforms. This role transforms business needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging integrations, automation, data management, and AI-enabled development practices to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency. Role Purpose A hands-on technology leader responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the MarTech infrastructure that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This is not a purely managerial role; it requires direct involvement in platform administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and solution implementation while coordinating specialized vendors and development partners when needed. Key Responsibilities 1. MarTech Platform Ownership * Own and administer HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, workflows, automations, reporting, and data governance.



* Manage Shopify operations, including storefront functionality, applications, themes, checkout processes, and data flows. * Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platform reliability and performance. 2.
