Internship – eCommerce Operations & Business Analysis Location: Barcelona Department: eCommerce Duration: 6 months, starting ASAP depending on academic calendar (with possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months) About the Role We are looking for a motivated Business School student to join our eCommerce team as an intern. This role will provide hands-on exposure to key commercial and analytical areas of the business, supporting both Traffic & Retention and E-Merchandising / Inventory Management activities. The internship is structured around two main missions, allowing the intern to gain experience across multiple eCommerce functions. Key Responsibilities: Traffic & Retention (first mission) * Support monitoring of traffic channels (Organic & Paid). * Analyze performance metrics and identify trends and opportunities. * Assist in retention-related initiatives and performance tracking. E-Merchandising & Inventory Management (second mission) * Support ad-hoc analyses related to product pricing and inventory. * Develop and maintain dashboards around the Price Monitoring Tool.



* Provide insights to optimize pricing and merchandising decisions. Profile & Requirements Education: * Business School student (e.g., ESADE or similar), preferably specializing in Digital, Business Analytics, or related fields. Skills & Competencies: * Strong analytical and quantitative skills. * Interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis. * Comfortable working with Excel; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. * Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Fluent in English. Internship Conditions * Duration: 6 months with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months. * Start date: As soon as possible, aligned with academic internship periods. * Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.
