This is a leadership role, responsible for driving value-based pricing decisions, engaging with key healthcare stakeholders and ensuring optimal market access throughout the product lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in maximizing patient access while supporting the sustainability of the healthcare system. Key Responsibilities Pricing & Value Strategy * Define and implement pricing and value strategies for new launches and in-market products. * Lead preparation for pricing and reimbursement negotiations, integrating clinical, economic and value evidence. * Assess the impact of pricing decisions on market access, commercial performance and healthcare sustainability. * Drive strategic product positioning in competitive environments. * Translate payer,



customer and market insights into actionable business strategies. Institutional Engagement * Build and manage relationships with key national and regional healthcare stakeholders. * Lead interactions with payers and decision-makers, providing robust clinical and economic value arguments. * Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments impacting pricing and reimbursement. * Act as a trusted internal expert on the Spanish market access and pricing landscape. Lifecycle Pricing Management * Oversee pricing strategy across the entire product lifecycle, including: * Product launches * Price revisions * Managed entry agreements * Discount strategies * Loss of exclusivity scenarios * Ensure alignment between pricing decisions, forecasts and commercial objectives.
