Salary: €80,000-€100,000 gross per year + benefits

For our esteemed client, a hospitality-related company, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead and scale our People function. You’ll define and execute a forward-thinking People strategy aligned with business goals, while overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
As a key leadership figure, you’ll shape our culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and drive engagement and performance across the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a scalable People strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and culture development.




Lead and develop managers across Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
Oversee hiring strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
Drive performance, engagement, and retention frameworks.
Ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable People Operations.
Monitor People metrics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a Head of People with direct report management.
Proven track record in startups or scale-ups (Series B–C preferred).
Strong ability to build and execute People strategies.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
Fluent in English and Spanish .
Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
