The Role...
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Barcelona Pool House. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Duties...

Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets.

Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.

Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.





Coordinate guest lists andassistwith events, screenings, and rooftop activations.

Take In-Room Dining orders andmaintainknowledge of menus, events, and House offerings.

Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.

Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
