About the role

The Brand Trade Marketing Manager plays a key role within the Brand Marketing & Trade Marketing team, being responsible for developing the category and brand commercial strategy across assortment, pricing, promotion and visibility, driving excellence in in-store (4P)



execution across the categories and brands under their responsibility.
The role focuses on developing expert knowledge of the executional drivers required for the category and brands to win in the market, translating shopper and category insights into clear commercial principles and actionable execution standards, while ensuring close partnership with Customer Trade Marketing and Sales teams.

You’ll be responsible for…
- Defining the category and brand commercial playbook, including Assortment, Pricing, Promotional and Shelf strategies (including MSL, distribution targets, pricing architecture, promotional policy and planogram principles)
- Responsible to transform playbook into tangible and measurable KPI’s (e.g. WD tgts, promo ROI, Shelf of shelf, etc).
- Responsible for tracking such KPI’s.
- Defines distribution, visibility and execution principles for innovation launches, ensuring effective in-market deployment.
