We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in our store in La Zenia (Alicante) for the role ofOrder Preparation Specialist. This role will involve supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring efficient order processing, packing, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Preparation in the Billing Desk: Prepare e-commerce orders by checking product details on the computer and collecting items from the store's warehouse. Products may be located on shelves at varying heights, so the use of ladders or stools may be required.
- C&C; (Click & Collect) Orders: Ensure timely preparation and processing of C&C; orders for same-day customer pickup.
- Billing Operations: Handle various billing tasks such as:Printing labels for orders.
- Preparing items for gift wrapping when required, which involves additional handling and packaging.
- Item peeling, removing security tags, assembling boxes, and scanning the box barcode.
