In this role you will drive Cisco and Splunk's growth in the EMEA national security sector, aligning multi-portfolio strategies and leading ecosystem collaboration. You will build trusted executive relationships with government, defence, and intelligence stakeholders to translate capabilities into mission outcomes. You will coordinate complex opportunities, including joint tenders, and shape a sovereign-ready solution footprint. This role offers impact across strategy, partnerships, and GTM in highly regulated environments.

• Develop and execute the EMEA National Security GTM strategy across Cisco and Splunk portfolios
• Identify sovereign requirements and customer needs to guide market penetration
• Align regional sales and specialist teams for consistent execution
• Build an informal proxy network of nationally cleared account managers and system integrators




• Enable ecosystem partners to support business development
• Coordinate complex Cisco and Splunk opportunities, including joint tenders and strategic pursuits
• Advise customers on cybersecurity, digital transformation, observability, and secure infrastructure
• Translate technology capabilities into operational outcomes for national security organisations
• Develop trusted relationships with senior government, defence, and partner stakeholders
• Bridge customer requirements with internal product, engineering, and specialist teams
• Aim to grow National Security pipeline and activate the proxy network
• Increase win rate on strategic Cisco and Splunk opportunities
• Foster executive-level engagement across key National Security accounts
• Expand sovereign-ready xqbhyrx solution adoption within the sector
