About the role
This is a Renrui Group employment role supporting the Group's general HR services expansion in the Spanish market, with a primary focus on HR operations for a blue-collar, frontline workforce — specifically autonomous-driving (AV) test safety officers. The HR Manager will be responsible for Spain HR operations, local compliance, hands-on payroll operation (including direct use of Spanish payroll systems) and Social Security coordination, and day-to-day management of frontline employees, working closely with China HQ and cross-border business teams. The role does not carry standalone sourcing, screening, interviewing, or recruitment-delivery responsibility.

About the role
We're hiring an HR Manager to support our autonomous-driving (AV) test project in Spain, managing a blue-collar, frontline team of AV test safety officers. You'll own local HR compliance and run payroll yourself.
What you'll do




- Manage day-to-day HR for frontline/blue-collar staff — attendance, scheduling, on-site issues
- Run Spain payroll yourself, including operating Spanish payroll systems
- Handle Spain employment compliance (Workers' Statute, Social Security, IRPF, working time)
- Support onboarding, contracts, leave, and offboarding
- Liaise with HQ and client teams

What you need
- Experience managing blue-collar / frontline employees
- Hands-on payroll experience, incl. Spanish payroll systems
- Solid knowledge of Spanish employment compliance
- HR background at a blue-collar / frontline-workforce employer
