About the Role
Were looking for a Head of Growth to own the growth engine end-to-end. Youll inherit a strong foundation and a real budget, and youll have the mandate to build the team, the systems, and the experiments that take us from market leader to category platform across multiple product
lines.

What Youll Own
- Lead the growth engine: Own demand generation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- Drive paid acquisition at scale: Design, launch,



and optimize multi-channel campaigns across search, paid social, display, and emerging surfaces.
- Build the organic flywheel: Experiment with and scale community, referral, SEO, and LLMO strategies.
- Operate the full lifecycle: Develop lifecycle marketing programs that activate users, convert trials, and surface sales-ready opportunities.
- Build and scale the team: Hire, lead, and mentor across performance, lifecycle, and data — plus the agencies and contractors who extend our reach. Set the bar for execution and craft.

Who You Are
- A seasoned growth operator: 7+ years in growth marketing, with a strong track record across paid, organic, and owned channels in B2B SaaS or product-led companies. Youve seen what works at different stages and know which playbooks to bring with you and which to leave behind.
