About the Role

We are looking for a

Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence Specialist

to help drive commercial growth across Cellnex's Vertical Solutions business in Europe.
Working at the intersection of sales, business development and commercial performance, you will partner with teams across multiple countries to enhance pipeline management, improve sales execution and support the development of strategic business opportunities.
This highly visible role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international stakeholders, influence commercial decision-making and contribute directly to the growth of one of Europe's leading digital infrastructure companies.

What We’re Looking For
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Maintain and update a structured pipeline of Vertical Solutions opportunities across countries.
Support qualification and prioritization of opportunities.
Monitor opportunity status and ensure timely follow-up on key commercial actions.
Prepare pipeline reports and performance insights.
Identify pipeline trends, risks,



and opportunities to improve commercial performance.

Country Coordination & Execution Support
Act as main operational contact for country sales teams on Vertical Solutions opportunities.
Support preparation of meetings, proposals, and customer materials.
Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables across stakeholders.

Business Plan Monitoring
Monitor execution of the Vertical Solutions business plan against defined KPIs, including pipeline growth, revenue, conversion rates, and strategic initiatives.
Identify execution gaps, commercial risks, and areas requiring management attention.
Support the implementation of corrective actions to improve business performance.

Meetings & Governance
Organize and coordinate regular pipeline reviews, sales performance meetings, and business governance forums.
Prepare agendas, reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
