Job Description

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to customers via phone, email, and online chat regarding destinations, camp options, program selection, activities, excursions, transfers, and insurance coverage
- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and sales opportunities
- Organize and schedule phone consultations and prospect interviews
- Prepare, generate, and follow up on sales quotations
- Distribute marketing materials and brochures to prospective clients
- Convert qualified leads and opportunities into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with the summer camps operations team to finalize and confirm all bookings
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, including translation services, internal file management, and presentatio
