About the Role Were looking for a Head of Growth to own the growth engine end-to-end. Youll inherit a strong foundation and a real budget, and youll have the mandate to build the team, the systems, and the experiments that take us from market leader to category platform across multiple product lines. - Lead the growth engine: Own demand generation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

- Operate the full lifecycle: Develop lifecycle marketing programs that activate users, convert trials, and surface sales-ready opportunities.
- Build and scale the team: Hire, lead, and mentor across performance, lifecycle, and data — plus the agencies and contractors who extend our reach. Set the bar for execution and craft.

Who You Are
- A seasoned growth operator: 7+ years in growth marketing, with a strong track record across paid, organic, and owned channels in B2B SaaS or product-led companies. Youve seen what works at different stages and know which playbooks to bring with you and which to leave behind.
