Today, we're looking for a Head of Business Development to join CN Labs , part of our growing Health & Nutrition division.
About CN Labs




CN Labs is a contract development and manufacturing partner specialized in nutritional and health products. We work with brands, retailers, and manufacturers, helping them develop and bring innovative products to market through both private-label solutions and tailor-made developments.
You will take ownership of opportunities from the very first conversation through to signed agreement, acting as the bridge between customers and our internal teams across R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Planning, Sourcing, and Operations.
Generate, identify, and qualify new contract manufacturing opportunities internationally.
Build and manage a robust, prioritized business development pipeline.
Develop relationships with brands, retailers, and manufacturers seeking private-label or contract manufacturing solutions.
Understand customer challenges and transform them into commercially viable projects.
Lead the full commercial process, including proposal development, pricing, neg
