What will be your responsibilities?

Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, leveraging an optimal mix tailored to German market nuances for sustainable brand growth.
- Collaborate with design, performance, finance, and e-commerce teams to forecast market needs accurately and localize campaigns, boosting brand visibility and engagement.
- Enhance customer experience by analyzing feedback and implementing improvements across the customer journey (e.g., timely delivery, shipping, website navigation).

Market Analysis & Reporting
- Utilize market data and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
- Track campaign performance across various channels, generating monthly reports and conducting daily sales analysis.
