service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles. * Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration. * Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms. * Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows. * Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Advanced English communication skills.
