We are looking for a Sales Director to join our growing Industrial Business Unit in our Barcelona office and play a key role in accelerating our next phase of growth.
We have already built a strong Industrial Sales team. Now, we are looking for a leader who can help take our growth journey to the next level scaling our commercial impact, developing our sales team, and strengthening our position in the Manufacturing & Industrial vertical.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine your own sales expertise with team leadership. You will lead by example, coaching your team, supporting strategic deals,



staying close to customers, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
You will be part of an international sales organization, collaborating with sales leaders across Europe while having ownership of a key unit’s growth journey.
In this role, you will:
Lead and scale our Industrial sales organization by developing our Barcelona based team, strengthening sales execution, and building a high-performance culture.
Lead from the front by staying actively involved in the sales process — supporting customer conversations, influencing strategic opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Drive expansion by developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals, helping them improve performance, skills, and career progression.
