As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape intuitive, high-quality payment experiences for complex digital products used by customers across integral markets.
You will own the full product design journey, from discovery and research through delivery and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams, you will turn complex customer and business challenges into clear, elegant solutions.
Your work will span web and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and customer outcomes.
You will use research, experimentation, and product metrics to validate decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
You will also contribute to scalable design systems and help establish consistent, cohesive experiences across the product ecosystem.

Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, covering web and mobile experiences.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to understand customer needs, identify meaningful problems, and define effective solutions.
Identify relevant product and user metrics for design initiatives and take ownership of measuring and improving their impact.
Conduct research and translate user insights into actionable recommendations supporting new market launches and the introduction of new payment capabilities.
Create intuitive and visually polished experiences, progressing from early concepts and wireframes to detailed prototypes and production-ready designs.
Facilitate customer testing sessions and workshops to validate assumptions, gather feedback, and ensure solution
