This is an opportunity to lead complex, customer-facing implementation projects with a general financial technology leader. At Finastra, our solutions power banks and financial institutions around the world. We are looking for a Professional Services Project Manager to join our Universal Banking team in Madrid and take ownership of end-to-end core banking delivery across SaaS, cloud and on-premise environments. What you’ll be doing * Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Finastra’s core banking solutions, from planning and scoping through to deployment and post-implementation review. * Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, strong stakeholder alignment and successful delivery outcomes. * Define project scope, timelines, resources, success measures, risks and dependencies in collaboration with customer and internal teams.



* Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, customers, partners and third-party vendors. * Oversee key delivery activities including requirements, configuration, data migration, integration, testing, deployment and change control. * Track progress, manage RAID items and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. * Contribute to proposals, estimates and project planning for new and existing customers.
