We’re looking for a Control Tower Technical Support Specialist to join our Computing team in Madrid, supporting the Italian market (SEMA). In this role, youll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and follow-up of our Control Tower and WXP services. The position is based in Madrid and includes occasional travel to customer sites when required (approximately 25% of the time). What will you do? * Lead customer onboarding activities for Control Tower and WXP services. * Deliver presentations, reports, and service follow-up sessions related to Proactive Insight, Control Tower, and WXP. * Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams. * Implement solutions tailored to customer projects and business requirements. * Lead technical follow-up meetings and provide customer support throughout the service lifecycle.



* Continuously learn and develop expertise on the products and solutions being implemented. * Identify opportunities for improvement and support end-to-end project tracking with customers and internal teams. * Build strong relationships with customers in an international environment, ensuring a high-quality service experience. What are we looking for? * Degree or professional training in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field. * Fluent Italian (C2 level). * Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or above). * Knowledge of systems administration and server architecture. * Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work in international environments. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. * Experience creating reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint is a plus. * Interest in and practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work is valued. * Proactive attitude, autonomy, adaptability, and f
