We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: * Operate and evolve an enterprise event management ecosystem based on Splunk ITSI. * Own the episode lifecycle, including correlation, aggregation, prioritisation and remediation activities. * Onboard new monitoring sources from ingestion through production deployment. * Manage integrations across monitoring, ITSM and on-call platforms. * Design and deliver automated remediation capabilities and recovery actions. * Build and maintain AI-assisted operational agents and knowledge retrieval capabilities. * Evaluate, pilot and support migrations to new AIOps platforms and tooling. * Perform incident investigations, root cause analysis and operational documentation management. ? METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE? * Splunk ITSI * ServiceNow * PagerDuty * Python * GitLab CI/CD * LangGraph * FastAPI ? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years experience: 3 to 10 years English: B2 Required qualification: FP or university degree * Hands-on experience with enterprise event management or AIOps platforms. * Strong integration engineering skills using REST APIs and webhooks. * Production-level Python development experience. * Experience with CI/CD delivery practices. * ITIL incident, problem and change awareness. * Agile/SAFe delivery experience. 1. ?
