This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping People Operations in a scaling business, supporting multiple markets and helping build efficient, people-first processes from the ground up. ? What you’ll be doing * Own and manage end to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European markets * Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations * Act as the go to person for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers * Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions * Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable data * Identify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency and scalability * Partner closely with Finance, Legal,



and business stakeholders on people related matters * Contribute to building a high performing, people centric culture ✅ What we’re looking for * 2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations, ideally in an international or fast-growth environment * Exposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European market * Experience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries * Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance * Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Personio, BambooHR, Workday or similar) * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * A proactive mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach ?
