About the team Youll join the Seeker segment, a group of multidisciplinary teams working together to shape one of idealistas most strategic products. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and other specialists across multiple teams, contributing to shared technical decisions and driving initiatives that go beyond the scope of a single squad. and impact of one of Europes leading proptech companies. What youll do * Redesign the verticals data model: entities, relationships, events, and metrics. Think in terms of domain, not just tables. * Design and implement ingestion, transformation, and serving pipelines using dbt and columnar/OLAP databases. * Define and enforce data governance practices: ownership, lineage, asset cataloging, naming standards, and quality policies (freshness, completeness, accuracy). * Integrate heterogeneous sources (APIs, relational databases, events) by designing clear data contracts between teams. * Collaborate with product and backend teams to understand what data they need and why, and translate that into robust models and pipelines. * Document from day one: modeling decisions, contracts, standards.
