As Process Specialist, you’ll back the consulting team across project phases, from problem framing to design and deployment, delivering high-value supply chain consulting solutions. You’ll work closely with suppliers, production, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure timely deliveries. The role combines SAP-driven stock and order management with risk awareness and continuous improvement in a multinational setting. This is a chance to shape supply chain outcomes at scale within Infosys’ growth-focused culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze and manage supply chain processes (PR analysis, PO management, quotes, export licenses, material sales/substitution, SO/STO, returns, delivery dates)
• Monitor and optimize stock levels in SAP; perform stock optimization
• Place manual POs and collaborate with suppliers




• Coordinate with production for delivery visibility and missing parts resolution
• Manage disputes and SAP parameter settings for optimization
• Interact with suppliers and front office for clarifications and complex work
• Produce and share weekly operational reports
• Document processes and standard methodologies
• Lead or participate in team and customer meetings; maintain professional relations with customers and suppliers
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement based on data and feedback

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
• Bachelor degree (any field)
