We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team and support our growing hiring needs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-paced and innovative space technology company.
You will collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, helping attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes.




- Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through different channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and university partnerships.
- Review applications and support candidate screening activities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
- Keep recruitment data and candidate records updated in the ATS.
- Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including university events and social media activities.
- Support reporting and recruitment metrics analysis.
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new employees.
