Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team, focusing on the quality assurance of our international CRM system. As a key member of the testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high reliability, security, performance, and usability of the CRM system,



which supports global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cross-Team & Cross-Region Collaboration: Work closely with product, development and local business teams to align test activities with project milestones, resolve cross-functional and cross-region issues, and ensure the CRM system meets the needs of different markets.
- Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases covering functional, automation, performance, security, and usability testing, to validate the business needs of the CRM system, including customer data management, GDPR data privacy compliance, cross-platform business processes, and multi-language adaptation.
- Defect & Quality Assurance: Follow and optimize defect management processes, track issue resolution throughout the entire lifecycle, ensure test results meet quality standards, and regularly report test pr
