Your Mission:

We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes.



This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
- Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
- CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion

Qualifications

Who You Are:
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
- Fluent in French & English (at least B2 level)
- Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
