We’re looking for a proactive, results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our client’s commercial team for the Spanish Mass Market channel (Home Care, Automotive, Personal Care). This is a hands‑on, negotiation‑heavy role:
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow commercial relationships directly with buyers at major Spanish retail chains
- Own the full negotiation cycle: commercial agreements, listing/delisting, promotional plans, and annual pricing conditions
- Drive sales growth and expand distribution across Home Care, Automotive, and Personal Care categories
- Analyse account performance, margins,



and profitability; build and defend business cases with buyers
- Lead new product launch negotiations at national account level
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to execute in-store commercial plans
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and external commercial agents where relevant

Requirements
- 5+ years as a Key Account Manager on the supplier/manufacturer side, with a proven, verifiable track record of negotiating directly with Spanish GDO buyers
- Experience specifically in Home Care, Automotive, or Personal Care categories within FMCG
- An active, current network of contacts within Spanish national retail buying teams
- Experience managing multi-brand portfolios and national account P&L;
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills; comfortable defending pricing and margin in front of buyers
- Based in or with strong prior professional roots in the Spanish market — this is not a
